What Veran Software Does
We build portfolio data infrastructure for Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies. We connect source systems via pre-built connectors, model the data in Snowflake, validate data quality at every stage, and deliver dashboards. Then we keep it running.
The company was founded by Piotr Kaczmarczuk, who brings 18+ years of enterprise data architecture experience. We saw the same data problems repeat across Private Equity-backed companies and built reusable tooling to address them.
